Please note that because ArogaYoga Retreats are limited to a small/ medium number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help participants and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations. ArogaYoga works together with Punnu Wasu Singh to offer the various services on the ground during the entire duration of the trip. Changes to the trip due to reasons beyond our control could be possible. 1. Hold deposit of 1000-.EUR is non-refundable. 2. Hold deposit is transferable to another attendee. 3. Full balance due by August 28, 2019. CANCELLATION Cancellation requests submitted: by 19 June 2020, 100% refund (minus Advance deposit) by 19 July 2020, 50% refund (minus Advance Deposit) by 19 Aug 2020, 30% refund (minus Advance Deposit) After 19 August, no refunds shall be made
