Please note that because ArogaYoga Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help participants and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations. Aroga works together with Ibex Expeditions Pvt. Limited to offer the various services on the ground during the entire duration of the trip. Changes to the trip due to reasons beyond our control could possible. 1. Hold deposit of 1000-.USD is non-refundable. 2. Hold deposit is transferable to another attendee. 3. Full balance due by August 28, 2019. Cancellation requests submitted before 30 days of retreat date, 25% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Within 30 days of your retreat: no refunds shall be made.
